The Congress participation cancelling is accepted only in writing provided that the registration fee have been paid, via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, as per the sample. The money refund is performed during 7 banking days since the moment of the submission of cancellation application letter.
Participation cancelling before November 14, 2017 -without penalty
Participation cancelling before December 4, 2017 -50% of registration fee
Participation cancelling after December 4, 2017 or no-show - 100% of registration fee
